Usually we use almonds in recipe of our festivals. We used it in Kheer, Payees and Shemai in Eid festivals. Maximum people don’t know that we can eat it normally like a nut. It has plenty of calcium. We can eat it after a major operation or fracture of any bones of body, it will recover or nutrient to bone. Which nuts are large and long, we can eat it by removing its external layer. It will be better by taking it as a raw. If you can’t digest it as a raw then pour it in water and then take it. The Almond nut has a thin brownish external layer which will remove after pouring it into the water for 10-20 minutes. You can eat it by only chewing or by simply boiling.
