Drink water in empty stomach then Greeting everyone ‘Good Morning’

After awakening, drinking water in every morning in empty stomach is good for your health. Now-a-days it’s a tradition in Japan. In India it is done in yoga of morning from since long. Scientists have found its good reason by so many researches.
Bad headache, pain in body muscles, heart problems, pain in joints, rapid pulses, epilepsy, obesity, bronchitis, asthma, diseases related with kidney and urination, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, eye problems, ear and nose problems, menstruation problem- for all of these drinking water in empty stomach is helpful.
In Japan this practice is popular in treatment field.

How can you do this practice

· Drink 4 glasses of 160 ml water before tooth brush in the morning. (4: 160 ml amount of water)
· Then brush your teeth and rinse your mouth properly. But don’t take your breakfast before 45 minutes.
· After 45 minutes take meals normally and properly.
· Don’t take any food or fluid from 15 minutes to 2 hours after having your breakfast, lunch and dinner.
· For weak and aged people who are unable to take 4 glasses of water at a time then they can do it by slowly taking instead of frequently taking.
· This practice will help you to remain in good health. Even it is counted that the number of days by doing this practice for individual diseases like-
1. In high blood pressure – practice it for 30 days
2. In gastric disorder- practice it for 10 days
3. In diabetes- practice it for 30 days
4. In constipation- do it for 10 days
In arthritis or joints pain start it for 3 days in first week and continue it for everyday from second week. This practice has no side effects or harm. In first it will bring frequent urination but if this habit remains in your daily routine it will gift you a healthy life.

Even we have to be conscious about drinking water during taking our meals. Cold water may harden our oily or cheesy food. It makes slowly digestion. It makes more difficult to react with acid remain in stomach and take times to break this foods into small portion. But it absorbs in stomach rapidly and makes a layer of fat ingredients. That will bring a bad result. For this we can take hot soup or warm water after having our meals.
